Terms of Service

These terms cover the Chryyptix Discord bot and the Chryyptix web dashboard (together, “the service”). They are operated by Chryyptix (“we”, “us”). Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By adding the bot to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard or buying a Premium pass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age to use Discord in your country (13, or older where local law requires it) and be allowed to use Discord. To buy a Premium pass you must be able to make the payment yourself or have permission from the person who can.

3. The service and Discord’s terms

Chryyptix is a Discord bot plus a web dashboard for configuring it. You sign in with your Discord account, and the bot works inside the Discord servers that add it. Your use of Discord, including through Chryyptix, is also governed by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to harass, spam, scam or harm other people;
  • break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines through the service;
  • get around Free or Premium limits, the dashboard’s permission checks, or rate limits;
  • interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or overload it;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

5. Server admin responsibilities

Only people who can manage a Discord server can configure Chryyptix for it. If you turn on features that record activity in your server, such as server logs or tickets, you decide what is recorded for your members and you are responsible for telling them. The Privacy Policy explains what those features store and for how long.

6. Premium passes and payment

  • Chryyptix is free to use. Premium is bought for one Discord server at a time as a pass that lasts a fixed number of days. Current passes and prices are on the pricing page.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars for reference. Payments are charged in Philippine pesos through PayMongo, our payment processor.
  • A pass does not auto-renew. Buying a pass for a server that already has Premium adds the new days to the time remaining.
  • Premium is applied after PayMongo confirms the payment to us.
  • We do not offer subscriptions. Refunds are handled case by case; ask through the contact below. If a payment is refunded, the days that pass added are removed from the server’s Premium time (never earlier than the moment of the refund).
  • Features and limits for Free and Premium can change; the pricing page shows the current ones.

7. Availability

We provide the service as it is and as available, and we try to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may change, limit or discontinue features or the whole service. The service also depends on Discord and other third parties, whose outages we do not control.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server and no longer signing in. We may suspend or end access for a user or server that breaks these terms. When the bot leaves a server, that server’s data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date on this page. If you keep using the service after an update, the updated terms apply.
